Hello Guys, Today I am sharing my recipe for Gosht seekh kabab For Non-Veg Lovers,  which can be very easily prepared at home 🙂

INGREDIENTS :

Mutton bone less : 1kg

Ginger garlic paste : 40gm

Cheese : 100gm

Green chillies : 20 gm

Red chill powder : 20 gm

Garam masala powder : 2gm

Chaat masala : 5gm

Salt : to taste

Butter : 10gm

PROCEDURE :

Mix all ingredients and make a fine paste.

Put on a skewer and cook in tandoor for 10-12 minutes.

Take the cooked sheek out of skewer. Finish with chaat masala and butter.

Server Hot and relish with your family 🙂
