Hello Guys, I am sharing mouth watering recipe of Chocolate fudge cake which can be easily prepared and relished at home 🙂

Ingredients:

Dark Chocolate : 400 Gms

Refined Flour : 240 Gms

Almond Powder : 400 Gms

Cinnamon Powder : 8 Gms

Sugar : 400 Gms

Olive Oil : 320 ML

Eggs : 8 Nos

 

For Chocolate Sauce, we will need :

Dark Couverture Chocolate : 500 Gms

Castor Sugar : 180 GMs

Elle n Vire Cream : 600 ML

Milk : 180 ML

Procedure for Chocolate Fudge cake:
  1. Whisk Sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy

  2. Now, melt dark chocolate and mix with olive oil

  3. Fold flour, Cinnamon Powder and Almond Powder and mix

  4. Bake at 180 degree Celsius.

 

Meanwhile, we can prepare for Chocolate Sauce :

  1. Melt dark chocolate and keep aside

  2. Boil cream, Milk Sugar and add melted chocolate

  3. Now, cool and store as per use

 

Once Chocolate Fudge cake is baked properly, pour hot chocolate source over Fudge cake.

Server Hot with Vanilla Ice cream and relish with your family 🙂
